Photography and Video Lecturer 2011- Present

Lecturer on a pioneering online education program at the Konrad Adenaur Centre for Journalism (ACFJ) which aims to promote excellence and professionalism in journalism in Asia.
Designed and taught an intensive course that aims to teach journalists photography and videography skills. Topics covered include photo composition, photo editing, video editing, video storytelling, interview and audio editing.
Video Producer 2011
Africa Medial Online/Shutha.org/World Press Photo
Co-produced a series of comprehensive multimedia training videos for journalists in Africa. The videos covered, basic photography, video, DSLR and audio skills as well as editing and multimedia production. The project was sponsored by World Press Photo and hopes to give journalists in Africa up to date training in modern methods and producing high quality journalism with limited equipment.

Designed and currently teach a variety of photography workshops aimed at beginner and intermediate amateur photographers at the Culture Yard in Beijing. Workshops include, portrait, composition, understanding light and long exposure photography.

Designed and taught an intensive multimedia course for undergraduate students at the top foreign language university in China.The course was tailored to ensure students can produce engaging stories across multiple platforms and included audio, photography and video components.
